We are currently living in a country house in the Pyrenees in France. As in, a house in the country. The best thing is that it is very quiet and has a really good view of the valley below. The worst thing is that it's really dark at night and I have to feel my way to go to the bathroom.
Another good thing is that there are sheep and goats next door. They are friendly but a bit picky. They won't eat the apples that fall from the trees. The horses will eat the apples, but picky picky goats and sheep. There was a black pig on a mountain hike and she ate chicken bones and carrot stumps. And don't forget the donkey! He is super cute and fuzzy and we visit it every day or two. The chickens are black and white. There is also a cat that seems to hate me, or maybe all humans.
Back at home I'd like to have a pot belly pig, a donkey, a horse, a chicken and a goat. It sounds like the Musicians of Bremen!
