After three days at Oxford, I can say that I might want to live there. I like the combination of countryside and city, with old stone building and castles that have a more modern inside. Then I could also head to the rolling, grassy hills and the lakes and streams. Of course, there is also Oxford University. My favorite part, personally, is Blackwell Bookstore, the very first location J.R.R. Tolkien published any of his books. This is before the Lord of the Rings, or the Hobbit, or even Middle-Earth! Of course, they have two giant shelves of his books, which I am contented to stay at for at least a few hours. There are so many books I didn't even know he had! I could talk about them for a while, so I'll save it for later.
If I lived outside Oxford, (along with my twenty giant dogs, of course) I would be very happy. Especially if it was a hobbit hole.
